This web page provides some information about the McHugh family in Morgan County, Georgia. James Perry McHugh was my great, great grandfather. Therefore, much of the information centers around James Perry McHugh. Many people have provided information which I have placed on this site. I am very grateful for those who have contributed. Other information I have uncovered while conducting my own research. I have been able to document James McHugh's father: Charles McHugh. However, I do not have any documented proof that George McHugh was the father of Charles McHugh. So far, I've not been able to find George McHugh in any records.
